Ōiso (大磯町 Ōiso-machi?) is a Japanese town in Kanagawa Prefecture on the island of Honshū.

In the Edo period, Ōiso-juku was 8th of the 53 shogunate-maintained waystations (shuku-eki) along the Tōkaidō road which connected Edo and Kyoto.[1]

Ōiso is on the coastline of Sagami Bay.
