BEAR Magazine

BEAR Magazine is an American magazine. It is directed to gay or bisexual men who are (or who like) hairy and heavy-set men called "bears" in gay slang. It was first published in San Francisco, California in 1987 by Richard Bulger and his partner photographer Chris Nelson. It was marketed to the bear community within the larger LGBT community.[1]
