William R. "Bill" Sinkin (May 19, 1913 – February 3, 2014[1]) was an American community activist for equality, international cooperation and alternative energy in San Antonio, Texas. He created the company Solar San Antonio.

Sinkin died on February 3, 2014 from natural causes in San Antonio, Texas, aged 100.
