Campbell Kevin Thomas Newman (born 12 August 1963) is the 38th Premier of Queensland. He is from the Liberal National Party of Queensland. He became Premier on 26 March 2012 after his party won the state election.[1] Prior to that he was the 15th Lord Mayor of Brisbane from 2004 to 2011.
