Carter Blackburn (b. 1979) is an American sportscaster. He has worked for ABC, ESPN, ESPN Radio (for BCS games), and ESPNU calling college football, basketball, and lacrosse. He performed a similar role for Fox Sports Net and ISP Sports. Blackburn called regional NFL games for Fox Sports.
