Castlevania, known in Japan as Akumajō Dracula (悪魔城ドラキュラ, Akumajō Dorakyura, lit. "Demon Castle Dracula"), is an action platforming video game made by Konami for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It's the first game in the Castlevania series. It stars Simon Belmont, a vampire hunter, who has to battle against Dracula and his minions. It's had many sequels and is still a popular series.
