Category talk:Stubs
Rename?[change source]
To make it more simple, IMO, we should rename this Category:Short Articles. Opinions? Griffinofwales (talk) 23:26, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- I don't think we need to extend the Simple English concept to our maintenance categories; the templates say "short articles", but are still named "stubs" (for example, {{stub}} and {{Japan-stub}}). EVula // talk // ☯ // 23:50, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- But it would confuse users that know minimal English, and I thought that was one of our markets. I see your point though, it makes sense if English is your first language. - I think it should be changed as well. It has been done before where it was noticed- just look at the "My changes" special page. It's actually called "Special:Contributions/username", but the title of the page is "User's changes". Clomen Nature (talk) 09:28, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
