Christina Applegate

Christina Applegate (born November 25, 1971) is an American actress. She was born in Hollywood, California, the daughter of record producer Robert Applegate and singer-actress Nancy Priddy (born 1941). She has appeared in the television series, Samantha Who?, and in the movie Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.
In summer 2008, Applegate was diagnosed with breast cancer and a BRCA1 gene mutation, for which she had a double mastectomy.[1]
