David Lei Brandt
David Leibrandt Masterson (born November 29, 1986 in Evansville, Indiana) is an American actor, singer, dancer and choreographer. He is a member of the band Varsity Fanclub signed to Capitol Records[1].
Biography [change]
Brandt was born in Indiana, the son of a stage producer. At an early age he began acting as a part of his father's theatre company. He later took up dancing which went on to become one of his main passions. At the age of 16 he left high school to travel the states teaching dance. He soon became known for his dancing abilities.
In 2006 he was then called to audition for the band Varsity Fanclub. The auditions took place in Los Angeles wher he met fellow band members Jake Purdy and Drew Ryan Scott. All three of them made the band along with the other members, Thomas Fiss (who later left and was replaced by 'T.C') and Bobby Edner.
