Edward R. Hauser (August 29, 1916 – September 8, 2014) was an American animal scientist. He was professor and chairman of the Department of Meat and Animal Science at University of Wisconsin–Madison. Hauser was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Hauser died from natural causes in Fitchburg, Wisconsin, aged 98.[1]
