Extreme Rules (2015) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view show made by WWE. It was held on April 26, 2015 at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. It was the seventh Extreme Rules event held by the WWE.

The main event saw Seth Rollins defeat Randy Orton in a steel cage match to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. In the match, Orton's RKO finisher was banned and Kane served as the gatekeeper for the cage.
