Faith Evans (born June 10, 1973 in Lakeland, Florida) is an American R&B singer. She grew up in Newark New Jersey. Her first husband, The Notorious B.I.G., died in a drive-by shooting in 1997 . She has been arrested for cocaine and marijuana. Evans' album R&B Divas was nominated for Best R&B Album at the 2014 Grammy Awards.[1]
