Object history Die Gemeinde führt das Wappen einer mittelalterlichen Familie von Bassersdorf, deren Schild seit dem ausgehenden 15. Jahrhundert überliefert ist und in späteren Wappenbüchern in verschiedenen Abwandlungen auftaucht.
