Image: A life-sized model of the JWST was recently on display at the AAAS annual meeting in Seattle, Washington. It stands two stories high and weighs several tons. Credit: Rob Gutro, NASA/GSFC.

The AAAS meeting was held February 12-16, 2004 at the Convention Center. This image was most likely taken inside Freeway Park, Seattle. The building in the background appears to be 900 University Street.
