Beim Erntedankfest führt ein Fleischhauer mit weißer Schürze dem vorbeigehenden Publikum die Produktion von Würsten vor. Am Tisch (Heurigentisch) liegen schneckenförmig eingerollte Bratwürste, vermutlich Salsisicca fresca, daneben etwas dicker kleinere Salamis. Das Video zeigt das Abbinden der Würste. Am linken Finger trägt der Mann einen Ehering. Video ohne Ton.
