Description
English: So-called Portrait of Elisabeth Therese of Lorraine, Queen of Sardinia. (1711-1741) with her eldest son Prince Carlo Francesco of Savoy (1738-1745), but it’s probably a depiction of her sister-in-law Maria Luisa of Savoy, Queen of Spain (1688-1714) and one of her sons.
  • Identification proposed by user Ecummenic (talk) based on the comparison with some portraits of the Queen of Spain (see images below) and the absence of physical resemblance to the Queen of Sardinia.
