This is a Chinese name; the family name is Fou.

Fou Ts'ong (Chinese: 傅聰; Pinyin: Fù Cōng), born 10 March 1934, is a Chinese pianist. He is perhaps best known for winning third prize and the Special Mazurka prize at the International Chopin Competition at Warsaw.[1][2]
