Hubble's Law is a law of physics. It was suggested by Edwin Hubble, a famous American astronomer. In physics, we believe that the Universe is becoming bigger, and there are lots of galaxies in the Universe. Because the Universe is becoming bigger, the galaxies are all moving apart. Hubble's Law states that the speed at which a galaxy is moving away from the Earth is proportional to the distance between the galaxy and the Earth.
