Hugo Stiglitz (born August 28, 1940) is an Mexican actor who has appeared in over 100 movies.

He was known for his roles in Tintorera and La Noche de los mil gatos. He is known in the United States for his roles in Under the Volcano. Quentin Tarantino named a character "Hugo Stiglitz" (played by actor Til Schweiger) in the movie Inglourious Basterds in his honor.

In 2013, Stiglitz played Juan "Johnny" Bravo in Eugenio Derbez comedy movie Instructions Not Included.

Stiglitz was born on August 27, 1940 in Mexico City, Mexico.
