J. J. Abrams

Jeffrey Jacob Abrams (born June 27, 1966) is an American movie and television director, movie and producer, screenwriter, writer, movie and television actor, and composer. Abrams is known for his movie directing; Star Trek, Super 8, and Cloverfield. He is also known for his television directing; Lost and Fringe. He has won an Emmy Award in 2005 and a Saturn Award in 2011.
Abrams was born on June 27, 1966 in New York City, New York and studied at Sarah Lawrence College.[1]. Abrams has been married to Katie McGrath since 1996.
