Jade Ewen (born 24 January 1988) is a British singer and actress. She is best known for performing the United Kingdom's Eurovision 2009 entry "It's My Time" and also being a member of the Sugababes.

She started her career when she got the role as Nala in the West End production of The Lion King, she has then been seen in many TV-series in both the United Kingdom and Australia. In 2005 she joined R&B group Trinity Stone which reached moderate success in the UK, Ireland and Russia. In early 2009 she was selected by Andrew Lloyd Webber to participate in the UK national selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2009 with the song "It's My Time".[1] The song finished fifth. From 2009 to 2011, Ewen was a member of the girl group Sugababes.

Ewen was born in Plaistow, Newham, London to a Jamaican mother and Scottish-Sicilian father.
