Karakul (hat)

The Karakul (hat) (also spelt Qaraqul at times) is a type of hat made from the wool or fur of the Karakul/Qaraqul sheep. It is typically worn by men in Central Asia, Afghanistan and Pakistan. The Jinnah cap is a Karakul hat named after the founder of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
