Kathleen Norris

Kathleen Norris (July 16, 1880 – January 18, 1966) was an American newspaper columnist and novelist. Her stories appeared in the Atlantic, Ladies' Home Journal and some other publications. She used her fiction to promote marriage, motherhood and importance of service to others.

Many of her books were turned into movies.

Norris was born in San Francisco, California. She also died there.
