Kathy Mattea

Kathleen "Kathy" Mattea (born June 21, 1959, West Virginia) is an American Celtic recording artist and country musician who carried multiple strong charting singles over the years. Among them: Eighteen Wheels and a Dozen Roses, Where've You Been and several more. Her career began in 1983 and has continued on to today.
