The Khokhar or Khokar are an indigenous tribe of people of the Punjab region of Pakistan. They are considered to be of Rajput origins by some historians and as Jatt by others. It is certain that they were mostly Hindus during the 11th and 12th centuries AD and gradually converted to Islam. Today, almost all of them follow this religion.

The Khokhars mostly inhabit the Salt Range in the North and the Gujranwala District of Central Punjab. They are an agricultural tribe.
