Knut Steen

Knut Steen (1924 — 22 September 2011) was a Norwegian sculptor. He spent much of his life living between Sandefjord, Norway, and Carrara, Italy.[1] He began sculpting in 1946 and worked with a range of materials including marble, granite, bronze, steel and concrete.[2] In 2011 a small museum was opened in Sandefjord to display some of his work. The collection holds 12 marble sculptures and four works.[1]
