Len Frig

Leonard Elroy Frig (born October 23, 1950 in Lethbridge, Alberta) is a Canadian retired professional ice hockey defenceman. He played a total of 311 games in the National Hockey League (NHL). He played for the Chicago Black Hawks, Oakland Seals, Cleveland Barons, and St. Louis Blues.
