The name Marcia [ mahr-shuh ][1] is a female given name which comes from Latin. It means "dedicated to Mars". Marcia also means "proud, warlike, martial". It is a feminine form of Marcus.[2] This is a unique name (not in the top 1000 newborn names in the US in 2021).[3]
