Monroe Heath (March 27, 1827 – October 21, 1894) was an American politician who served as mayor of Chicago, Illinois (1876–1879) for the Republican Party.

Heath was born on March 27, 1827 in Grafton, New Hampshire. Heath died on October 21, 1894 in Asheville, North Carolina from a stroke, aged 67.
