Monty Alexander (born Montgomery Bernard Alexander; June 6, 1944)[1] is a jazz pianist, who also plays the melodica. His career began in 1958.

He was born in Kingston, Jamaica, but was raised in Miami, Florida. He was married to musician Emily Remler, but their marriage ended in divorce.
