My Darkest Days is a Canadian rock band from Norwood, Ontario. My Darkest Days has five members in the band; the current band members are Matt Walst, Sal Costa, Brendan McMillan, Doug Oliver and Reid Henry.

The band was formed in 2006 by lead singer Matt Walst. They released their self-titled debut album "My Darkest Days" on September 21, 2010. They are currently signed to 604 Records. They released their second studio album "Sick and Twisted Affair" on March 26, 2012.
