Natillas is a type of food. Natillas refers to a variety of dishes in Spanish-speaking countries.

In Spain natillas is a custard dish. In Colombia the dish called natilla is often served at Christmas. It is like a flan or pudding. In Peru natillas are from Piura and they are elaborated from chancaca. Mexico uses the term for a thicker version of the dessert drink called "Atole leche". In Costa Rica it is a sour cream-like dairy product used as a condiment.
