Paul D. McGowan (1947 – July 28, 2014) was an American politician from Maine.[1] A Democrat, McGowan was elected to the Maine House of Representatives in 2012.[2]

McGowan died unexpectedly on July 28, 2014 from an unknown illness. He was not seeking re-election.[3]
