Phil Ponce

Phil Ponce (born 1949) is a Chicago television journalist who hosts Chicago Tonight, a nightly television magazine of news and culture on WTTW 11.[1]

Ponce grew up in East Chicago, Indiana. He graduated from Bishop Noll Institute in Hammond, Indiana. He then attended Indiana University and received a B.A. in English in 1971. He is married to Ann Ponce. They have three children.[2] They live in Ravenswood, Chicago.
