Postman Pat
Postman Pat is a children's television show. It ran from 1981-2006. It was created by John Cunliffe. It starred and was narrated by Ken Barrie. It is aimed at pre-school children, and concerns the adventures of Pat Clifton, a postman in the fictional village of Greendale (inspired by the real valley of Longsleddale near Kendal).[1]
Cancellation and spin-off[change | change source]
The original series was cancelled by the BBC. Later on, it was announced that the spin-off is announced. the BBC announced that the spin-off would be titled as Postman Pat: Special Delivery Service.
