Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur
Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is a region of France. It is all in the south, next to Italy. Its capital is Marseille. Very often its name is shortened to PACA or Paca. 4.5 million people live in the region, 1.35 million of them in the urban area of the capital.
The region is currently 3rd in economic output (After île-de-France and Rhône-Alpes). It is first in tourism.
