Semion Mogilevich (born 1946) is a Ukrainian criminal. He was born in Kyiv, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union. He has many aliases. He is on charges for a multi-million-dollar fraud deal.[1]
He was on the top ten list of fugitives by the FBI. Only 7 fugitives have been removed from the list since 1950.[1]
