Shepherd Express is an progressive weekly newspaper in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. It is the third largest newspaper in the state of Wisconsin. Its' original title was the "Crazy Shepherd", a name that comes from a line in in the poet's Allen Ginsberg’s poem “Footnotes to Howl”.
