Sisavath Keobounphanh

Sisavath Keobounphanh (Lao: ສີສະຫວາດ ແກ້ວບຸນພັນ; 1 May 1928 – 12 May 2020) was a Laotian politician. He served as Vice President of Laos from 1996 to 1998.[1] He was also the third Prime Minister from 1998 to 2001. He is President of the Lao Front for National Construction from 2001 until 2011, when he was succeeded by Phandoungchit Vongsa. He is a member of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.

Keobounphanh died on 12 May 2020 in Vientiane, Laos at the age of 92.[2]
