Sylvain Grenier (born March 26, 1977 in Varennes, Québec) is a retired Canadian professional wrestler who is best known for wrestling with World Wrestling Entertainment and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). He is known for wrestling for the tag team, La Résistance along with Rob Conway and René Duprée.
