On English Wikipedia, there is no page about an Emerald Cuckoo, but rather two separate pages about African Emerald Cuckoo and Asian Emerald Cuckoo. Which is this? Or is it just that the en Wikipedia needs an article about Emerald Cuckoos? Classical Esther 07:44, 8 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There are many different species in the Chrysococcyx genus, and you point out that at least two different species are called "Emerald" cuckoos. You are indeed correct, and this article should be named Asian Emerald Cuckoo. Whoops. An article just on Emerald cuckoos in general would be sort of an arbitrary category based on color. --Neptuneroverคุยกับผู้ใช้ 09:15, 8 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
