how do i measure the speed of a EM wave ?

Look here. I could not explain it in an easier way. For if I told you "with mirrors" you would still have to ask "How?" --Cethegus (talk) 19:47, 30 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blackbody Radiation[change source]

I think it would be a good idea to add a mention of blackbody radiation. There's already a rudimentary article on it, it makes sense to link the two.Loimprevisto (talk) 16:21, 9 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Simple??[change source]

What is the definition of "simple English"? Who would call this text simple? I understand Shakespeare or E. A. Poe easier than these sentences. — This unsigned comment was added by 5.204.15.107 (talk • changes).

It is a little complex I agree. I have put a {{Complex}} tag on the page which will draw attention to it. --Mr Wiki Pro (talk) 20:56, 28 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I also had problems with the physical meaning of the sentence "Several types of spectra can be distinguished depending upon the nature of the radiation coming from an object." Also, the AUDIO label in the figure, and the AUDIO NOTE are a bit silly. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.224.244.145 (talk) 20:32, 29 June 2014‎ (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal[change source]
