The example about not being able to the existence of the Holocaust is not an example of restriction of freedom of speech. There is no law against saying it. In Germany, Austria (and to a lesser extent, Switzerland,as well as other countries ), there are laws against publicly denying the Holocaust happened. More on this in en:Holocaust denial. -- Eptalon 22:22, 11 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
