Explanation for re-naming this article:
A. Genkō (first) is a Japanese era name which starts in 1321 and ends in 1324.
B. Genkō and Genkyō are equivalent romanization of Japanese for this Japanese noun.
C. Genkyō is better name for this article
According to Helen Craig McCullough, an alternate reading of the second syllable is -Kyō. It is used in order to avoid confusion with Genkō, 1331-1334.
