Untitled[change source]

Dangers of using heroin describes the problems heroin addicts face when they run out of money. That is, heroin is expensive, and will make them poor. Once they have no more things they can sell to get their shot, they will either sell their bodies (aka. prostitution), or resort to become a criminal. This is not only true for heroin, it is also true for other drugs, especially when they are illegal (and therefore expensive to buy, usually).

I therefore think that the section should be moved to another article, e.g. addiction or illegal drugs, if that exists. --Eptalon 09:11, 26 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Medical uses[change source]

I think that there should be a section about the medical uses of diacetylmorphine. It is still used as a painkiller and it is also used in some places to maintain opioid addicts.
