Ships named Hyūga[change source]
I wonder if ships named Hyūga may have a place in some future version of this article?
- The Japanese battleship Hyūga (1917-1945) was a dreadnought of the "Ise" class. It was named after the Hyūga Province.<:ref>Ward, John and Chris Westhorp. (2000). Ships of World War II, p. 61.</ref>
- In 2004, the Hyūga-class helicopter destroyer (ひゅうが型護衛艦, Hyūga-gata-goei-kan) is a type of helicopter carrier built for the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF). The namesake is the ancient province of Hyūga which was the name of this part of Kyushu.<:ref>"16DDH '13,500 ton' Class at GlobalSecurity.org; 2013-2-26.</ref>
At some point, perhaps these can be mentioned as "Related pages"? --Jinki (talk) 02:31, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
