Talk:Irukandji jellyfish
A fact from Irukandji jellyfish appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know? column on 18 April 2010. |
Poison[change source]
poison is a substance which is ingested, venom is a substance that is injected. Therefore jellyfish inject venom and are specifically not poisonous but rather venomous.
- Alright, if you wish I can change all the "poisonous" to "venomous". Thank you for telling us this advice. Cheers, ♥ Belinda ♥ 03:26, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
