At worst, history merge from Learners Permit to retain the attribution of the IP and bury that mess of an article under this version and the re-revert Tegals edit there back to a redirect. The issue here is that a new editor just copied what little information was on a badly written, poorly typed, improperly named, unformatted article then cleaned it up somewhat rather than move it then take care of all its issues. The only reason this would fall under a G6 is the history move and that is rarely a request for qd (and not stated in this case) - more a reason for it.--Creol(talk) 08:34, 16 February 2012 (UTC)
