Page glitches

list of countries table problem-

when using the table, i clicked on the country name column header to get the countries to align alphabetically. It did do so EXCEPT for 4 countries which did not align alphabetically: CHINA, NETHERLANDS, PAKISTAN, AND UNITED STATES. Instead of being in alphabetical order like all the others, these 4 were grouped together out of order somewhere near the middle of the list. Is there some reason for this irregularity? It makes it difficult to find these countries in the list, in fact it makes a person think these countries were left out. Only by reading the whole list can you find these countries. Way too much guesswork involved, can someone please fix this? The countries all need to line up alphabetically when we click on the column header for names (Country/Region of Special Position), with none left in disorder. Also while we're at it, why does that column have that particular heading? What does "special position" mean? it is meaningless, so those two words should be removed. Ranking is not correct
