Direct links or merges with En wiki

Out policy is that no direct links are permitted to another wiki. Articles on wikipedias are not themselves reliable sources. Also, what this wiki is trying to do is to write more simply than En wiki, not to use exactly the same material. What we can do is take material from En wiki and rewrite it in more simple language.
